Please follow the instructions below to perform a factory data reset.
**WARNING: Once reset, all settings will be restored to factory default settings and the user will be required to redo the initial settings. Also, all installed applications and user personal data will be erased.**
**Please make sure that the tablet is charged while you perform the reset.

    1. Turn the tablet off. (If the tablet is frozen, press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds to force shut the tablet down.)
    2. Once the tablet is turned off (blank screen), press and hold the Volume - button and without letting go of the Volume - button, press and hold the Power button together. Let go of the Power button ONLY when the "Le Pan" logo appears on the screen, but keep holding down on the Volume - button.
    3. The "Android system recovery" page should appear on the screen, and you can then let go of the Volume - button.
    4. Use the Volume - button to scroll down to the "4. wipe data/factory reset" option, then use the Power button to select it.
    5. On the following page, scroll down to "Yes -- delete all user data" and select that option.
    6. The tablet will now begin to reset itself, but should be ready to use again in a few minutes.

Give your tablet a few minutes to perform the factory reset. Once it is finished, you will be able to access your tablet again and check if the audio issue persists.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
