What do I do if an app gets stuck or functions incorrectly?

The app you are having problem may have bug or compatibility issue with our D2 pad. Please check with your pre-loaded 1Mobile Market for update.
Please kindly note that not every application is compatible with every device. If this is the only app that has exhibited an issue, we would highly recommend you to contact the app developer for further assistance.
